Namjena - predmet mjerenja
The CDB distinguishes between mental subnormality and abnormality. The CDB consists of 5 individual tests which measure not only the degree of intelectual deficit, but also the nature. They examine areas of concept formation, symbolic thinking, socialization of thought, perceptual development, and temporal attention. It focuses on qualitative deficits and abnormal processes of concern in a clinical setting and is used to monitor treatment response/progress over time. The CDB is suited for patients who are intellectually limited, nonverbal, inattentive, overtly psychotic, or otherwise untestable by conventional means.
